Description

Central unwinding system with a 3”steel expansion shaft.

This machine has a tension control system through a pneumatic disc brake.

The unwinder has a pivoteable roll system, whereby material can modify tension on one end to reduce tension difference on material if necessary, and a laser or ultrasonic sensor for real measuring of roll diameter. This information will help to keep certain tension on material during process.

The safety chuck has a mechanical moving system for shaft insertion.
