Description

Slitter rewinder machine for bond paper, kraft paper and cardboard rolls, works with a range for 90 gr/m2 to 550 gr/m2. Easy to operate, provides excellent finishing and easy separation of finished roll.

Process

• Central unwinder system with air shaft.
• Shear slitting system.
• Central rewinder system with air shaft.
• Rider roll system with pneumatic cylinders to control the density of the rewind roll. Bow roller with variable curvature to separate the cut rolls.
• Automatic tension control with pneumatic brake and ultrasonic sensor. Arm system for loading and unloading rolls at floor level.
• Manual alignment system, with unwinder mounted on linear guides.
