Slitter rewinder machine for paper and cardboard rolls, works with a range for 30 gr/m2 to 700 gr/m2. Provides excellent finishing and easy separation of finished roll.

Process

• Central unwinder system with air shaft.
• Shear slitting system.

• Rider roll system with pneumatic cylinders to control the density of the rewind roll.
• Bow roller with variable curvature to separate the cut rolls.
• Automatic tension control with pneumatic brake and ultrasonic sensor.
