Process

• Central unwinder with break and air shaft.
• Shear or crush slitting system.
• Peripheral winder with two support rolls and one rider roll.
• An inflatable shaft is use on the winder.
• Adjustable speed between the support rolls for tension control.
• Automatic tension control with load cells or dancer.
• Taper tension and taper NIP.
