Description

Machine designed to slit and rewind different materials, such as paper, nonwoven and filter paper.

Process

  • Central unwinder with break and air shaft.
  • Shear or crush slitting system.
  • Peripheral rewind with two support rolls and one riding roll.
  • Air shaft to control rewind process.
  • Adjustable speed between the support rolls for tension control.
  • Automatic tension control with load cells.
  • Taper tension and taper NIP.

Options

Shaftless unwinder, peripheral band on the winder, guiding system, trim extraction system, unloading table and curved rolls system for material separation.
